Mr. Maniklal Shah

More than 44 years of business experience, Mr. Maniklal Shah is the driving force behind Mascot International Group. He graduated with a degree in Science from Mumbai University in 1982 and joined the family business in 1980.

For two decades, Mr. Shah managed Mumbai’s distribution network, earning numerous awards for his outstanding work. He then spent 20 years in garment exports, establishing a solid international presence.

Beyond FMCG, Mr. Shah ventured into construction and property development, successfully completing a 1.8 lakh sq. ft. commercial complex in Vapi. His expertise extends to constructing factories on a turnkey basis and marketing private-label FMCG products worldwide.

Mr. Maniklal Shah’s diverse experience and visionary leadership continue to propel Mascot International Group to new heights.

Introducing Khushboo Shah, the director of the company, working alongside her father, Mr. Manik Shah, to advance their family business into a new era of growth and innovation. with a robust academic background that includes a degree in Master's in International Trade, Strategy, and Operations from the University of Warwick, UK. Khushboo Shah is a third-generation entrepreneur from the Shah family.

Since taking the reins of business operations in 2017, she has been instrumental in driving new customer developments and fostering strong relationships with existing clients. Her inclination towards the logistics and supply chain world has helped in building a smooth process flow in the day-to-day operations of the business.

With 30 years of Sales and Marketing expertise, having 16 years in FMCG, 8 years in the Salon professional industry, and 6 years in Pharma, he offers a diverse wealth of experience in Sales & distribution management, various channel management, GTM strategy, Customer Relation management etc. 

He has worked with esteemed organizations like HUL, Wrigley’s, P&G, Cipla, Wahl, among others, consistently delivering exceptional results. 

At Mascot he plays a vital role in streamlining the sales structure & resource planning, Creating training modules for the sales team for enhancing productivity, setting up distributor network across the country, Go to market  Strategy,  cross functional engagement to build a robust system to better services to trade, Performance management by implementing KPI , New launches, Planning promotion, implementation of the Sales force app,  new business development etc. 

Mr. Pravin Lalwani

An entrepreneur by heart with strong business acumen and a seasoned professional with nearly 23 years of comprehensive experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development and International Business. Started his career at his own shop and eventually graduated on with 13 years of experience with Hindustan Unilever Ltd / Unilever International which engineered him into a dynamic professional. Known for his strong communication skills, negotiation abilities and relationship management skills. Entrepreneurial in approach, with a passion for driving business growth and achieving competitive advantage. An MBA in marketing and with a proven track record, he is the one to look out for all new business initiatives & innovations to drive market penetration and revenue growth. An expert table tennis player and a diehard Formula 1 fan, he is an integral part of our organisation.
